Pet-Friendly Apartments in Greenwood, IN

There’s nothing like coming home after a long day of work and being greeted by your precious furry friend. At Westminster Apartments, we know that your pets are a part of the family, which is we welcome them with open arms.

Pet Fees

  • $350 non-refundable fee for 1 pet
  • $450 non-refundable fee for 2 pets
  • $35 per month pet rent fee

Pet Policy

  • Westminster allows dogs and cats upon approval.
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
  • We do not accept any of the following breeds: Doberman, Pit Bull, Chow, Akita, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of the stated breeds.
  • Please bring your pet into the office for a quick visit. Our leasing team likes to be familiar with all pets that are living at the community.
  • The Westminster team reserves the right to deny any pet application based on the breed, size, and/or behavior.
