I have to give the maintenance team a shout out. I was walking outside to grab something out my car and I saw a couple maintenance guys and asked them how I would put a work order in. I had several things mess up over the past weekend. They stopped what they were doing and came inside and went through everything....

I have never seen such responsiveness from employees at an apartment complex before. From the workers in the office to the maintenance group, everyone is awesome. I’ve moved around all over and anyone moving to Greenwood, I would recommend this place!

Apartments are fantastic, our one bedroom can fit two people, two pets and a two bedroom apartments worth of stuff in it while still keeping lots of open space. You can tell whoever created the layout for the apartments was someone who took consideration in the quality of someone living here. Maintenance is quick, the office said that they'd be out in two days but they came out the same day....
